Vista Art Collective Return Policy

At Vista Art Collective, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a return policy under the following conditions:

1. Return Window You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Artwork returns are only accepted if the item is damaged during shipping or if the wrong item was shipped.
  • Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.

3. Process for Returns

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and a description of the reason for the return.
  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back to us.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is damaged or defective.

4. Refunds Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

5. Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a return and provide a full refund or exchange as per your preference.

6. Exchanges Exchanges are available for damaged or defective items only. If you'd like to exchange an item, please follow the same process outlined for returns.
